Adversity Quotes

What is Adversity?

Life is truly full of it's share of good times and bad. For those who are fortunate and live long enough to enjoy all the many wonderful things life has to offer, they will also face their share of moments of true adversity.

What is adversity? The dictionary defines adversity as: a state, condition, or instance of serious or continued difficulty or adverse fortune. Adverse is defined as: a condition marked by misfortune, calamity, or distress.

Throughout a normal lifetime, most people will experience moments of adversity, how they handle it varies with each individual. Quote lovers know that a great quote can sometimes be a source of inspiration when life gets you down.
