Affirmation- Journal Challenge, Day 4

I Am

In quiet reflection of me, I thought of and wrote down all the “I AM” statements that came to mind within the assigned five minute period. I chose one and stated my case. The results are as follows:

· I AM one with God

· I AM anointed and appointed

· I AM empowered by the Holy Spirit

· I AM a child of God

· I AM a healer

· I AM of a royal priesthood

· I AM fearfully and wonderfully made

· I AM favored by God

· I AM inscribed on the palm of God’s hands

· I AM abundantly blessed

· I AM that I AM

· I AM precious in God’s sight

· I AM saved to serve

· I AM beautiful inside and out

· I AM an encourager

· I AM a worshipper

· I AM my mother’s daughter

· I AM and expression of God’s love

· I AM love

· I AM an instrument of God’s peace

· I AM Christ-minded

· I AM protected

Although I am all these and more in God, I choose to expound on “I AM one with God.”

God Says

I am one with God because Jesus prayed for oneness with believers through the word and I believed and received Him as my Lord and Savior. I am one with God because I abide in Him and bear the fruit of the Spirit in my Christian walk. I am one with God because the Holy Spirit dwells within me, seals me and guarantees my divine inheritance. I am one with God because "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)
