Filled With an All- Consuming LOVE (poem)
There was once a reservoir deep within my Soul,
Which carried the memories,
Of all my painful yesterdays.
Now, after so many eons of struggle,
I have finally emerged triumphant,
Immersed in Your jewel of forgiveness,
Drank deep from the chalice of Your Love.
Bathed in an Ocean of Light
Beloved, now that We have merged together,
You have taken away,
The insatiable fire of an unbearable longing.
This once caused buckets to run from sodden eyes;
Saturated a Spirit, lost in hunger for its own fulfilment.
Now that we embrace in sweet serenity,
I am filled with the beauty of Love,
Chant Your name in ceaseless adoration,
And swoon with the joy of a Lover’s clinch.
Immersed in Bliss
O sweet and priceless Pearl,
Keep dancing in my heart,
While humming the melody of celestial nymphs.
All my years of suffering,
Like falling waves, have dissipated.
I now lie on the Elysian lap of rhapsodies,
The ecstasy of the lute,
Resonating sweetly in my Essence-Core.
Burn, burn! O Love’s furnace of blissfulness supreme!
Envelop me with the brilliance of a zillion suns,
And fill this receptive vessel, with Your all-consuming LOVE.
