Always Trying

The results may not be in
We play the waiting game
There is no doubt in my mind
Doing the right thing day after day
Is the only way
There are tough times
That make our stomach curl
Working through them
By finding solutions that might work
Is a good alternative
To cursing and feeling sorry
Even if they don't work
They lead us down the right path
Learning and finding people who care
We do not live life in a fish bowl
We live in an ever changing
Always different
So why do we think we have the answers ?
When these problems are new
The good thing is we have gained experience
From our past
To fix and turn to a better life
As easy as the day turns into night
We can also change and adapt
Making our life's purpose
One that we can help others as we help ourselves
