Another Night

Another night of empty sleep, no stars to fill the void

No moon to escalate the dawn, grey skies dilute the day

My dreams have drawn them closer now; they’re perfect as they join

The circle has become complete; its beauty is profound

And all the things that once were clear, have slowly crept away
