Beauty of Healing

New Day
New Day

Physical and Spiritual Healing

I look out my window

Through frosted glass

Iced morning dew

Shines at dawn

On blades of grass

New days are dawning

Love, life, mending my soul

Yesterday falling farther

And farther behind

My body is beginning

A new script each day, as I learn

Time is the only thing that heals.

Telling me, I must slow down.

Energy builds into glorious

Rays of spiritual healing

Over days into nights I

Find love and light surround me

The morning sun wakes me

I greet each new day

My spirit is healing

Everything around me colored in a new hue of silver.

There is a message within this poem...did you see it? How did I do?

Erin, this is a beautiful poem of healing. I pray that your journey of healing will continue-body, mind and spirit.

It is a dawning of a new day. As we heal all sorts of wonderful things occur. We become reconnected and in tune with our own selves, as well as with others.

Our souls heed the balm and are soothed. We are refreshed. Our creativity returns in the process. It is not of our source but from a place deep within.

Namaste.

.....you can only heal with an open mind - and forgiveness - and humility - but I do love and respect your writing - you make me think - and believe not only in you - but me!!!!

Denise, thank you so much for you beautiful words and prayers. I've felt the powers of the dawning of the new days and you are right, its a matter of becoming reconnected - with our bodies and minds, and our bodies to our minds. Our souls mend them all from that place deep within.

Epigamman, I fully agree! not only, I've learned it takes all, spirit, mind, body, forgiveness, much humility, and compassion (mostly with myself) (as much as I have for others)- thank you for believing. I've learned to believe in me, its funny how we have so much patience, love, compassion and forgiveness for others and so little for ourselves. It takes something major to come face to face with that, and so much longer to learn to give in and accept it within ourselves.

Acaetnna, thank you so much, I was also on your site and voted your up and pressed your tabs but in my comments forgot to leave that in my note. I loved all your writings about love, In my healing this year I realized I knew so much about giving love and wasn't so great at receiving, and accepting. Its been a new journey.

Namaste and Brightest Blessings my friends.
