Your fragrance sweet imbues my mind,
like a mist I breath your life in kind,
to soak within your essence soul
and revive my mind with you as whole.
It lingers long when you are gone,
and I in rapture imbibe it strong,
as if we two have always been,
as one in life or death or dream.
Two hands explore in memories raw,
long lost we’re found in love and more,
the longing now it drives me so,
your soul with me your mind I know.
Beyond my dreams and yearning core,
in you my life is nature’s law,
of balance and serene repose,
no thoughts or will without you know.
However it is seen or judged,
you and I are bound in love,
beyond recognition, beyond circumstance,
as one in life in sweet romance.
Each moment we together share,
the heavens align and life is rare,
within the folds of loving arms,
life transforms beyond any qualm.
Not words or deeds define this love,
it rests in peace to rise above,
the earthly bounds that restrict and tear,
become a murmur, a distant stare.
Nourished by the knowledge found,
within our eyes our souls abound,
each one a missing piece to find,
our single life in love remind.
