Blue Funk

On and off, time to time, I'm having my blues

When people saying this and that makes me confuse

To meet or go out of the house then I tend to refuse

As my inner person is so sad and feel accused.

I have never been a people person yet I write about them

Human nature and outside world makes me overwhelm

But going to church, learning about Jesus Christ makes me joyous

As living for Heavenly Papa and doing what is pleasing to Him is my purpose.

The death of my earthly father made everything fall apart

But the love of Heavenly Papa has healed my broken heart

Now my blues comes due to what I see and hear in the world

So I prefer to stay inside of my Bubble Dream World.

It is sad when one breaks a family and builds another in it

It is sad when children are hurt as the parents split

It is sad when the love of a girl and guy breaks because of another

I don’t know how anyone can sleep peacefully by hurting another.

When I was schooling, we had a Life Education program and for that only we were taught about Abortion and other creative stuff. My school does not encourage taking a life of a person but encourage, supports and celebrate lives of many young and old.

I remembered when I was schooling I learnt about four ways,

The ways one can kill an unborn baby growing inside for many days

I couldn’t watch those pictures, I couldn’t handle it

The thought of it itself made me so sad and how can anyone ill-treat?

Sometimes society can be cruel, shame women and mistreat

Instead of helping, protecting by guiding those special women to commit

To be a mother or at least give the baby for adoption

I don’t know why people forget that the baby is also human.

I know people make mistakes and I hope a baby is not one of them

Though having a baby can be physically, mentally and emotionally fearsome

But in love and strength give the baby to the special “Home”

One day, you’ll be happy that you gave birth to a sweet honeycomb.

So whenever I get my blues, I shut everything and everyone out

I pray and ask Heavenly Papa to comfort the broken heart

I come out of my hiding memorizing and encouraging myself

That I can do anything in Christ who strengthens me as I stand by myself.
