Bob Cat Visit

Bob Cat~

What were you doing~

On our front porch? ~

I saw your tracks~

Than I took a second look.

Yup~

I saw your foot prints~

In the fresh fallen snow~

They led to the porch~

Disappearing on the~

Red varnished floor.

Your paw prints were deep~

As they rounded the~

Logs that make our house~

Close to the corner~

It appeared you snook.

I can just imagine~

Your beautiful form~

All fluffy and padded~

Prepared for a long winters night~

As you prowled sniffing our front door.

You must of found~

Your visit futile~

Finding nothing to eat~

Concurring your snooping~

To be fruitless.

Every day now I look to see~

Your tracks once more~

Alas so far~

You have not returned~

Leaving me to wonder~

If you will ever come back to~

Our front porch?

Voted up and awesome. I enjoyed this and the pics. I love the look of bob cats if only they were more like large friendly pussy cats.

Think I saw like that across the street once. Come to think of it twice--he had a rabbit in his mouth the second time.

Saw a wild turkey today. At least I think it was a wild turkey.
