Oh how I sit

deep in thought

wearing

that playing smile.

The clouds playing peek a boo

the sunshine

beaming

a rainbow

gently forming.

My heart beat

quickens

at a rustle

so sudden

from behind the planters !!!!!

Goosebumps covering

bravery disappearing !!!

Suspicions override !!!

My heart fills with a warmth

through and through

as I see that

awesome

dark

culprit

shows

his face

dearly

for all to see !!!!

None other than

a

sweet

Mistle Thrush

on the first of her daily visits!!

So confident in posture

so at ease with her world.

She sits so near

and studies me !!!

Me being the two legged giant

the one who lives in that box !!!

That box of gigantic size !!!!

Click went my camera

once then twice

her feathers ruffled

now poised unsure !!!

Soon again poise so relaxed ;

she peeped

then hopped around!!

My so sweet and precious feathered friend !!!

My Missy Mistle Thrush!!!

Beautiful Missy.

Haiku:So Treasured.

Let's sit here awhile

You are so truly trusting

So happy my smile

x

Your poise so tender

Your presence always precious

Each visit treasured.

Oh yes we now have daily meetings myself and Missy ;I have put the camera away for the time being until maybe one day she will be happier when she hears that CLICK!!!

She looks up so knowing

so intelligent

so sure!!

Every day she

moves a little nearer

every day a little braver.

There is no rush we have all the time in the world.

Myself and my sweet Missy.

I hope you enjoyed this one and have a great day to you one and all.

Eddy, Such a pleasure to meet Missy! She's found the perfect place to rest and to refresh herself. Your dwarf tomatoes look tempting. Do you have a favorite Welsh recipe for them?

Thank you for sharing your beautiful haven.

Appreciatively, Stessily

So nice to see you on here Stessily and I am glad that you enjoyed meeting Missy.

She is so sweet and seems to have that built in timer that most of nature's gems seem to posses.

This is our first time for tomato growing and we only had one plant so just enough for cheese and tomato sandwiches this time.

We may buy more for next year!!

Thank you for stopping by as always Stessily and enjoy your day.

Eddy.

What a lovely poem about nature and your Missy. The flowers and her visit (photos) add to the beauty and mystique of the little 'feathered thrush'.

Voted up, awesome, and beautiful.
