Dance Among The Trees- A Poem

Dance Among The Trees

Let's dance among the trees

Their colors are so bright today

Wrap our arms around them tight

Like their branches in the wind let's sway.

Imagine music in the air

Let's dance among the trees

Imagine sounds so amazing so fair

Like the spirits let's be free.

Let's dance among the trees

Sway from side to side

Whisper our secrets in the breeze

In them let's confide.

Sounds flute and drums

Let's dance among the trees

Let's go ahead sing, let our voices ring

Let's dance in the fresh breeze.

Let's dance among the trees.

I love trees and climbed many of them when I was young. Your poem lets the imagination soar! Nice music in that video.

Thank you Peggy. I used to climb them quite a bit as well. Though I am still somewhat young I do not climb them anymore, perhaps if there was more of them on my land where I live maybe I would.
