Eat A Yogurt To Slow Down Time

I have been on a yogurt kick

I try to eat one every day

I am not crazy for yogurt but I know it is good for you

So instead of my old stand by a handful of cookies , a piece of cake or brownies and all the other sweets I love

I make a conscious decision to eat better and to be a little healthier

I love the many different flavors like key lime , strawberry bannana.bannana cream pie,blueberry to say only a few

Each one tastes so good

I don't care if it is low fat or nonfat

I usually buy what is on sale and when they are two for a dollar

I call that a deal

I eat it slow and wonder what is in it that makes it good

It is like pie filling without the crust

It is like pudding without the chocolate

I love putting granolla and mixing it in

I have also a few tricks up my sleeve

I like to add peanuts and cut up apples too

I will go as far as marshmallows and jimmies as a treat

Then why not a little Hershey syrup too

I know as soon as the yogurt companies hear about my ideas

They will hit the market soon

I have too many ideas that I want to share

Let me know if you see any of my favorites

I haven't seen them yet

It might take years but I have the time to wait

I can never eat my yogurt fast

I have to take a bite and wait

Like the taste is going to change

But that is when it does

I find something in the house to throw in to my lilttle cup

I will always eat it even if the taste isn't that great

One thing is for sure certain days you will hear me say

I won't try that again

Raisins are fun and choc. chips too

I didn't like the taste with potato chips and cheese curls

Then again if I put all the bad stuff in I will take away all the goodness

So I am searching for a happy medium

In texture and unique in flavor

Well that is all the time I have for now

I am waiting for the best sale ever

Four yogurts for a dollar

That would be incredible

I would fill my carrage full

Then go home and eat them two by two
