Endlessly, relentlessly love nurtured, grows,
until all else pales in its vibrant emanations,
like a beacon in a sea of humanity,
love implores admiration, a sense of awe.
As simple as it may appear,
love can be unfathomable in its power,
its serene and subtle sway of minds,
and its irrepressible needs to be met.
The flash of new love is like an electric storm,
etching a dark sky with razor sharp passion,
explosive emotions and unleashed desires,
moving worlds and anything in its wake.
The steadfast nature of unconditional love
is like the deep widespread roots of an old oak,
never to be shifted by man or nature,
ever embracing the fruits of growth.
Old love is like a smooth river stone,
having weathered the torrents of turbulent life,
and settling in the calm and crystal clear waters of acceptance,
ever appreciating the care and nurturing that surrounds it.
Endlessly, love elevates life to a higher consciousness,
no matter in what state, in timeless array,
love lights the way to selfless life,
where the seeds of love fill the heart with joy.
