Five Senses of the Human Condition

Hearing thunder's sounds
Hearing thunder's sounds
in scents, the smells
in scents, the smells
the tastes of delight
the tastes of delight
touched by hands
touched by hands

Words from the heart to spell love

The senses of life, our visual expressions,

these gifts we do so adore,

Lyrical ovation, voiced for me,

as heard on a lovely sunny shore.

In scents, lingering odors, verifiably exquisite,

as red roses, in their smells,

A pleasant taste, that lasts, of validity, endowed,

as this precious song of life, so prevails.

All to touch the heart strings played, to express,

the living, of vindicating, every one, their needs,

The five fond senses in this life that we possess,

For in a life, of virtues, each. it so far exceeds.

With petals, as fingers, flowers to beckon the sun,

leaves so vibrant, entrusted by each one.

Brilliance by light in day, by night, are to be bowed,

as in our lives, the same, this love, of victory, endowed
