He's Watching You
Big Brother's watching you
So be careful what you say and do
And don't you dare let your human show
Even as your own insecurities grow
Anything to keep you off your guard
To make your sense of independence hard
He comes like a thief in the night
Yet with only a resemblance of might
With looming threats of what could follow
Some are petty, although
Sometimes it is hard to tell a lie from the truth
Perhaps in itself indicating the threat's untruth
Nonetheless his eyes are on you
So be wary that you don't pay the price with a wrong move
Just for fun. . .

Children's rhyme - or not.
When love rings true, it lasts.
Sometimes it is not anything tangible, but an act that communicates love best. Take that into consideration when giving from the heart to a loved one. Also, recognize why love offered may not be felt.
