I Bow to A Spirit, Bleeding With The Joy of Sacrifice. A Dedication to Mother's Day

To my Mother; to the loving Mothers of Hub Pages ...to women everywhere!

O my Sweet One; my supernal Beauty!

You left your aroma behind as you passed through,

Wafting your life of radiance, to a wretch like me.

Touching the luminosity of the moon, I had already

Spoken to the Sanctity which brought you down.

Now I ask yon silvery clouds,

To send me an Emissary of your worth,

As I bow to a Spirit, bleeding with the joy of matchless Love.

Sweet Happiness, cute everything to me,

If the limit of our Love could be measured,

I would do my best to send it beyond measure.

Now that we live forever in this moment;

I surrender all to be at your side.

Stay, tarry a little longer.

Time is fleeting and tomorrow you will awake in Paradise.

For now let me hug you, honour and worship you,

Exalt, adore and merge in you.

Then I will delight in the bleeding sacrifice of your Heart,

And make them mines, O Mother of Perennial Bliss.

Thank you so much for remembering Mothers with this lovely poem. My mother died 35 years ago, and I still miss her. My only wish is that I could be as wonderful a mother as the one I was blessed with.

Voted UP and shared. Oh, your photos are just gorgeous and meaningful.

My Dear, Dear; especially Dear Friends/Sisters:-

Mary615,

Tillsontitan,

Deergha,

Annart,

Phyllis,

Bravewarrior ...

You honour me most poignantly by your beautiful and charmingly loving sentiments. I did two Mother's Day poems yesterday. They all rhyme and so I wanted to return to my creative best, both in free words, pictures and presentation. I know you will agree that Mothers deserve so much more.

My deepest gratitude to you; to those who are stilled graced with mothers, and condolences to Mothers of those who have passed.

Finally, let me wish you a day filled with Beauty, Joy and Delight! Om Shanti! (The Peace of God be with you and yours)

Mother is another name of love. You invoke Divine Mother in such exquisite words that currents of compassion and love vibrate in our souls !

Bro, I have no clue about heaven and bliss, but I think that place might be throbbing with grace, affection and love of mothers.

This beautiful poem is a great and lovely tribute to all mothers. I wish you and all a very Happy Mother's Day !

Say Harish,

It's all quality today. First I had the girls and now I have the honour of your visit also. All truly special people, every one of you! Happy that you came and that you truly appreciated this poem and Hub.

I believe that you are married yourself. God bless you, bro. May the perennial and timeless Light of Sri Krishna and all Sons of God, Bless your devoted heart and all those you love. Om Shanti!

Thanks Bill, I just noticed you.

Yes, my Brother, so important to our lives and unparalleled in their sacrifice, except by God Itself, who gave them life. Blessings today, bro. His blessings to you and Bev. Much peace.

I thought of you among the many noble Mothers here, my Dear Friend, Dee. Of course you're doing an amazing job for your own, but again, I belittle you by saying this, and in the real sense, it runs contrary to my poem, if you know what I mean.

You are all so special to one another and to me. Thank you so much for your understanding of this deep or profound phrase of mine, and your loving contribution. In Love and Light.

This is beautiful. I lost my mother when I was 10, and it was so hard for me.

I miss her so much. My mom was giving, loving, tender, and forgiving.

I haven't found many moms like mine.

I Voted up and awesome

One of my favorite quotes which is also true for me:

“My mother was the most beautiful woman I ever saw. All I am I owe to my mother. I attribute all my success in life to the moral, intellectual and physical education I received from her” George Washington

Beautiful! but you know me. I turn everything into a spiritual insight. The ancient Chinese, indeed, even the modern ones, would love you for this. Being a filial daughter was and is still important to them. I kowtow to you.

Still, it's a bit like religion, just like every one would say that theirs is the best, you will also find over 100 mothers here at least, who will feel the same way about their own mothers. Knowing this will give us a wider view of life, and an empathetic Spirit.

You are 100% correct of course. It is such a beautiful thing to say and feel! I know that somewhere in your heart, is the necessary wisdom that she taught you as well. I am extremely happy to know you. Forgive me my rash pen sometimes. Only Love.

I never saw my mother angry. She never cursed or used profane words, not even words like brat, shut-up, or you're wrong. She never struck me, or bullied me because she was the parent, yet I respected her, and did as she said. She would do anything for anyone, yet her family came first.

She was gentle, and lovingly tender. Even as a young child, I felt bad for others because they didn't have her as a mom. People flocked to her, and spoke of her kindness. I don't just claim she was the best, because she was. God gave me the kind of mother I needed. If I live a thousand lives, I hope she is my mom in every one of them

What sweet words! Sublime! What can I say? Now I continue to point you to the Divine, not in the sky, but in all humanity, and ask you to share a tiny bit of this inner beauty. Your sweet Cous. -Manatita
