I Once Dined, Burned, Danced and Bled. I Now Serve.
I once dined in the boat of uncomely experiences,
Stabbing myself with the arrow of temptation.
I just dined.
I once burned in the valley of shadows,
Biting at the apple of ‘petty’ needs.
I just burned.
I once infected my own wound,
Bleeding with the naked knife of gossip.
I just bled.
I once entered the realm of dance and music.
I swayed with the night of ignorance,
And flirted with the web of complacency.
I just danced; swayed … flirted.
Now I am trying to serve my Beloved,
In the cry of the Pilgrim-Seekers,
Dreaming of Love in the Heart of life.
I just serve. –Manatita.

Will you not take away, my little, little worries, at least?"
"Jesus was great. Greater was His mercy. Greatest was His sacrifice."

Glows in the Heart,
And finally flows through the body." - All quotes by Sri Chinmoy.
