I watch you and wonder where you go!
I see you in the mornings walk through the town,
with high heeled shoes and beautiful gown.
Leather bag in your hand, smile on your face,
You walk so fast as if you are in a race!
Your lovely brown hair bounces in the air,
You look so pretty and smart my dear!
I watch you and wonder where you go,
where you live and who you know!
When do you return and follow which way,
Do you stay at home on every Sunday.
Are you still single and if that is so,
Have you someone special who you know.
If you have none and you are now free,
Wish you could one day fall in love with me.
I see you in the mornings, it makes my day,
I wait for the next day - this I must say.
You come in my dream and then you go,
Will you be ever mine I just don’t know.
I wish to speak to you but then I fear,
If you don’t respond, turn a deaf ear.
You may not ever come this way,
making my each day an empty Sunday!
