Mr. Bean and I
Written on a day I felt like Being SILLY
If I were the Bean
I'd have fallen from the sky
And landed in the light.
Adventures embarked on. Many!
I'd end up in Moscow in a bag or steal goodies from a hag.
My daily worries wouldn't matter and I'd never get fatter
He's always been well, somewhat thin...healthily thin
I'd have a teddy and not be embarassed that I did.
I'd give haircuts on the sly
and zip zap on by
in my little yellow car.
If I were Mr. Bean, imagine all the things I'd have seen
I'd speak in muffled sounds or mime my way through
Everyday I'd have something to do...crazy style!
I'd get lost in France
Help a lost kid to be found
Do my little dance
I'd Live each day as if it were my last
My innocence and naivety
Only makes me more profound
I always wear the SAME clothes
But I'm not single
There'd be that girl
I suppose this part would suck...or not
Since I'm not gay.
Hay...well I needed it to rhyme, just then :P
But then I won't be me.
The she, that I've grown to love
And all the the things that love me,
Would be beside themselves....seriously
So I'd be me, and sit and write...this
when I feel Like having a day off from me
And bask in the fun that is the Bean
Which allows me to say whatever I feel, right here and now,
as spontaneous as he is and sparatic in thought
I can just waffle off like this and ryhme when I want and simply write when I don't
OR don't when I write or want when I rhyme and like this when I waffle off
If I were Mr. Bean.
