I’ll Stay With You (poem)

I’ll stay with you awhile then I must go

For reasons which I cannot now conceive

Perhaps it’s just a well deserved reprieve

Regardless let us take this moment slow

I’ll stay with you the night then I must leave

For reasons which I should but do not know

That when we started did I love you so

Or is there something else I can’t perceive

I’ll stay and share another glass with you

Perhaps a dream will set our vision right

Or make the reasons for our kisses clear

I’ll stay because my mind’s become askew

My thoughts and senses fill up with your sight

Perhaps forever I will stay right here

I like the staying forever reasoning for why leave when you don't even know a reason ...

When it's heavenly orchestrated, the reasons unlimited.

Voted beautiful.
