In Love's Embrace
In Love’s Embrace

Loves embrace is like a warm summer breeze,
soothing the aches of day, lamenting sorrows past,
in the safety and comfort of sharing.
Alone we may be, but in love we never feel alone,
thoughts of support and understanding,
pervade our doubts and give flight to our dreams.
In love’s embrace we are whole,
the compromise of earthly living
but a momentary storm, a temporary lesson,
in the quest for a higher purpose.
In solitude we find the self and all that will pursues,
in love we find grace and all that a soul requires,
in the path of potential.
Love is the mainstay of serenity.
When the entire world is in turmoil,
and the lost embark on destructive games,
it is love that can deliver us all from malice,
and the selfishness of careless malcontents.
There’s is no path that can contend with love,
for all else fades to oblivion,
when love is held and nurtured in open hearts,
and can light the darkest corners of a soul.
In love’s embrace we are freed.
