It Is Time To Turn Up The Heat

For all you sports fanatics out there this one is for you

When you are playing a tough game and want to win so bad you can taste it

You have to reach down in your fine tuned body(let's pretend) and feel the adrenaline rush

You have to give a little more and dig down into your gut

Your basically showing your competition what your made of

That you are no push over

You have more than they ever expected

You are putting the pressure on

I know pressure makes me feel uncomfortable and most people make mistakes when they are in the same situation

They are not playing their game no more

They are playing your game, your style

You have to out perform out play

You have them where you want them

Sometimes some people thrive on the competitive spirit

Then you just better be damn better

When you are writing something and trying to write your best

You can compare yourself with other writings you have done

You can look at other writers you admire and learn from them

You can see anyone who reads your writings and see if they like it or not

See if your missing anything

How can you improve on what others like and you enjoy doing

So if there is no direct competition I have to turn up the heat on myself

A battle I am sure to win

I have to soul search and find my best works

Pretend this is it the end of the line

My grand finale

I have to use my imagination to push all my buttons

Some people turn to alchol and drugs for that extra something

I know that doesn't work

I create my own power and I can only do that through practice

I have reached an all time high

I just made 50 views a day

I usually hover around 18 to 20

So either alot of people got lost and found my hubs by mistake or I am getting better

Either way it was very nice to see and it made me so happy

I am going to try harder

Work smarter

Use my time wiser

Keep reminding myself of what my goals are and how to achieve them

Keep reading inspirational books and hubs to accomplish my dreams

Practice,practice,practice

Think of ways to clarify my thoughts so other people can understand me more

Find tips that others use to focus and concentrate to make their writings better

Wait I am already doing all that now

Now what ?

I have to turn on the steam

Find something that I didn't know I had

Look for more gumption

I don't even know if that is a word

Well I am going to do it anyway

I am where I want to be sitting here typing my thoughts

Trying to write poems/stories about my life

Take the good and make it better

Take the bad and turn it around and make it less painful and a little more pleasing

I want ot take it and twist it and shake it and squeeze the heck out of it

I want to drain it of everything and say look bad you are no good

I will not let you into my life

I will find a way to find something that I can learn from you

So you can be an inpiration not desperation,confusion or endless frustration

Well what do I have to loose

My sanity

I don't think so

I will just end up where I started and just a little puzzled that's all

Looking for a secret tunnel to take me into a new world

So on with my day because I have a lot of work to do and it is one thing that I have found you still can't get done on the computer at least not yet

Give it some time

Technology is my friend and I will use it as such
