"Key To Mind" - Poem of the Soul

Source

"Key To Mind"

In and out of sublime,

She played games to pass

The gaps of time.

Somewhere is the chief of the soul.

She felt the addiction start to rise;

Both games and work left her in a bind.

In the battle, she fought to answer the wonder:

Whose the master of her mind?

No one but she -

Should be in control -

Should dominate her life, holding the key.

She is the owner of her mind and soul.

She quit the games,

Amped up the work.

She focused her aims,

And meditated with a smirk.

She steps back to assess her garden to see

And realize with vivid clarity,

She's the only one - it's only she

Who must capture her own prosperity.
