Lost for Words

Lost for words
there is nothing you can do
this is the best part
you never can save the world.

Lost for words
the gentle soul travels
released from pain and suffering
tear drops may leave a trail
it's just a moment to be happy in this world

Lost for words
All those words people speak
the arrows that fly towards you
now they just fall to the ground
take nothing personal
it has nothing to do with
what you do or don't do.

Lost for words
Perfection at its finest is imperfect
don't let them fool you
succeed or fail your worth
more valuable than material
it's more important to be happy in this world.

Lost for words
Some hearts are made of Gold
Some hearts are tarnished
Some hearts will never recover
Some hearts will be tormented in this world.
Some hearts learn to be happy
Some hearts learn there truly is nothing
to win or prove.

Lost for words
What's it like to be happy in this world?
Never colored with other people's darkness it seems so much brighter.
Happiness never comes from outisde
it's not of the world.
It's not something you can buy.
It's not found anywhere
It's not found in anyone.
Happiness comes from a mended soul
healed, and purified in God's love.
Love and self-worth
seals the deal with happiness.

Lost for words
All you have to do is give your best
live in the moment and be happy in this world.
We never need permission from others to be happy.
We never need permission from others to be loved.
We never need permission from others to live in joy.
What can you really do if other choose not to be happy or love?

I agree that happiness comes from within and we have to work to express it outwardly. Beautiful message, dear friend.
