Lost in Stupor, in Your Bliss-Delight. A Sonnet, To MarleneB
I see Your face, adorning the tapestry of this beautiful garden;
I feel in my Spirit, a plenitude of wonder and effortless joy.
My tears are the awakener of Your tomorrows;
Your countless drops of compassion-rain,
Now floods and illumine a heart, once
lost in the mire of aridity and disenchantment.
I see You hiding; seeking; dining with Love’s fond embrace,
And I yearn for the doorway, to the beauty of Your dawn.
Your glory has taken me to the pinnacle of wonderment;
Now I lie mute on Your bosom, being cradled by awe.
The fire of my thrills, as served from Your Wok of longing,
Sustain my inevitable hunger; a quest to remain seated,
At the dining table of Your majesty, my Sweet Valentine.
To swoon as one lost in stupor, in Your Bliss-Delight.
