Love Has Filled my Spirit With The Magic of It's Sweetness. A Sonnet, To MarleneB.
For your support, devotion, Love and inner sweetness...
The Spiritual Heart
The Poetry of The Heart.
My mind soars radiantly,
On an emblazoned firmament,
The Heart is a fire of purest Joy.
My Soul burns with intensity,
Touching the Fountain, of the Knowledge of eons.
I sprung out of my nakedness and longing,
Became a pilgrim, in this hallowed Field of Struggle.
Now, Smiling and dancing, my inner Sun ascends,
On a Chariot of Light.
Disentangled, my mental cobwebs are blown away,
And I leave behind me, the Shadows of the Night.
Love has filled my Spirit,
With the magic of Its sweetness;
My dreams of millennia, are now fulfilled.

~ Awakening The Inner Light ~
This is a very Special Hub, and one written with endless Love and goodness. The quotes here are the direct words of Sri Chinmoy.
“The Heart is oneness, universal oneness.”
“If we meditate on the Heart, and in the heart, then we will bring to the fore our inner light, which constantly tries to be of service to aspiring mankind … real spirituality, real meditation, real Yoga, is all inside the Heart. In the Heart is our ceaseless cry, our ever-mounting flame that reaches up to the Supremes’ transcendental smile, and then comes down to offer its inner wealth to aspiring humanity and to the world at large. “ The Oneness Of The Eastern Heart And The Western Mind, Part One, P. 72, 73, (2003), Agni Press.
“The Heart only wants to establish intimacy and oneness with others; it gets satisfaction not in division, but in unification” Sri Chinmoy Answers, P. 10, (1999), Agni Press.
“Every day must come to you as a new hope, a new promise, a new aspiration, a new energy, a new thrill and a new delight. Tomorrow will dawn and you have already seen thousands of days? If you think that tomorrow will be another day like those which you have already seen, then you will make no progress. You have to feel that tomorrow will be something absolutely new that you are going to create in your life”. Inner Progress and Satisfaction-Life, (1977), Agni Press.
For our Guru, Time was of the essence. The following prose expresses this:
“Every day we must feel that it is our last day to realise God. Then sincerity will dawn. Otherwise, for Eternity we will walk along our Path and we will never reach our destination”. Transcendence Of The Past, (1977), Agni Press
“From my Captain my eagerness has learned to see every second as the birth of a new day, and in it the complete life of a new year to please Him in His own Way”. Captain, My Captain, (1994), Agni Press.
“Don't waste time. Do as much as you can. Before it leaves the body, each soul feels sorry that it has wasted time”. Reincarnation and Evolution. (1977). And finally:
“While you are meditating, you have to aspire all the time; otherwise you will fall. You cannot remain motionless at one point. In the spiritual life, movement has to be constant. Either you move forward or you move backward. If you try to remain motionless, the ignorance of the world will pull you right back to your starting point”. Meditation At The United Nations, Vol. One No 11, P 29, (1973) Agni Press.
Sri Chinmoy has given a location of the Heart so as to help seekers along the way:
“The true Spiritual Heart, about four finger-breadths in width, is located approximately twelve finger breadths directly above the navel, and six finger-breadths directly below the centre of the throat. It is here that one feels what you have called the 'quickening' of the Soul”. Yoga And The Spiritual Life, P 122, (1977), Agni Press.
