Love Letters From an Astronaut
Love Letters From An Astronaunt
by Laura Summerville Reed

Pin your voice to the desktop
I save the souvenirs
But love letters

You are fame
You are one giant step
Into the flame
I step to my low window
To catch the love letters
From an astronaut
A weary man
With haggard thoughts
Waits for me inside
The house of tall windows
Never looking outside
To gaze upon the stars
We’ve made
To guide ourselves by
