Poem" Lucky Dube!
when I heard him
in his own voice
I had already
known his name
so I really did
not want this
Consciousness!
This one of lifetime
type of opportunity
which I must attend.
To have even the
remotest chance
of turning out being
another as before
One of the same.
For out of all
the things that
I have already
seen and know
of him
I knew that I
needed to be
positively sure
that this one
was the right one.
Topped with
not just double.
but clearly a
Triple cream!
Entertainment
insuring any of
those
who may try to
think that they
were hiding!
instead they are
now be turning
out being
the ones that
are clearly the
Most easily seen!
I have seen
quite a few of
of that man
many gigs
sometime before,
I needed others
to experience
what it's like being
in that spiritual type
Of environment
For them to witness
those powerful vibes.
Whether it’s hot
or cold
I need them to
feel the positive
vibration as it
penetrates deep
Into ones mind.
And because I know
how good and
how effective
that which is good,
is good for the soul.
I can only go on
To imagine, jAH!
The beauty of talking
about Heaven
is feeling the reward
for making all those
necessary sacrifices.
To stop oneself
from going to
that place where
they were warned
that there will be
Weeping and
whaling and
mourning and
Gnashing of teeth.
The pit of Hell!
Of which you
have already
been told to
try and avoid
going down in
that burning hole.
I heard about him
quite differently
to the way I heard
About the others.
His music is live
spiritually attractive
many of those
big name personalities.
they heard it too!
It was getting their
undivided attention.
I knew that I needed
to hear a little clearer
exactly what he was
saying.
His name was none
other than the man
Mr. Lucky Dube!
He sounded
so very much
like another
one in his field
whom I love so
much I thought
he was the man
Peter (Mackintosh)
Now Peter Tosh son.!
But I needed to
take time to
know this special
person
Didn't need to be
in any hurry
Must try avoiding
the unnecessary
ill advised rush.
It is all apparent
that he was here
for one reason,
which was to stay!
for what other
reason
will his name be!
