Mans Fate
Man's Fate
The body grows old
The bones and joints ache.
The hair grows thin
The skeleton begins to bend low.
The eyes reflect dim shadows
The nose smells less.
But the spirit grow stronger
The mind settles in concrete.
Knowing there is a better day.
Coming after the ending of the flesh.
When the spirit is free again.
