Midnight Breeze

It’s midnight…
The light cold air start to breeze

People are in bed…
Curled up in their blanket to get cozy..

But this midnight isn’t my night
To go to sleep
The night has lift me up…for a short journey

To delectation of life…

Floating in the sky…
Above I see…

A dark blue ocean
Waving along with an air unseen…

Moonlight reflecting the ocean…
Starlight sparkles the sky…

Couples in romance…
How I dare looked…

The music of ecstasy play
In a cold night breeze…

Bunch of roses blooming
Around the bushes give it a flame

Matched with a strong spirits of wine
Served with delight…

Isn’t romance so sweet?

They kissed each other
And locked each other body tight…
Under the moonlight…

Their romance sparkles my eyes…
Chills run through my spine…
Yippy! I heard my heart scream…
Embarrassing myself in the air unseen…
In the midnight breeze

I remember being a young teenager and going to sit on a sand dune by myself with my pen and notebook at the beach down the street from my house. That is where I realized I was a writer. Nice nostalgia Chan! Thanks! I always appreciated the wind turning the pages directing me to write more. Beautiful poem! Voted up.
