An aberration of my mundane thoughts,
your reptilian presence and cold retorts.
have woken within me, my truth reformed,
about life in pursuits, devoid of remorse,
filling the world with hurtful vent,
far from love and connections meant.
Another world now beckons sight,
where angels fear and demons might,
entice those cold reptilian fools,
in ploys of narcissistic tools,
to evoke the fires of wills so bent,
they ignite the cause of vengeance sent.
The more I look the more I see,
these aberrations of misery,
strewn among the human hordes,
but hardly human, not human at all,
crawling lizards of scale and claw,
in positions of power and human law.
And now I know, my sight all clear,
to see these creatures, and without my fear,
I withdraw my mind from the havoc they cause,
and know them well, their shape-shifting flaws,
of alien crop from time begun,
within us always under a melding sun.
My aberration has taught me well,
shown all the truths that until now rebelled,
and I in response, am sad of heart,
to know people exist so cold and hard,
but at least my eyes now recognise,
those reptilian souls whom I despise.
They live among us, pretending to be what they're not, and many trusting souls fall for their manufactured servility, and become the collateral damage of these narcissistic lives.
