My Nature Poem Is NO Longer Nature
Rain pour from the depressing sky
Lightning strikes, thunder roars
Wind swaying spring birds nest, trees, and blossom
Sending whistle sounds and stream lines of twigs and pollen
As I lay in bed snuggling to keep warm next to my husband
Whose soundly asleep
Snoring as loud as a tractor engine
And fart a sound of a 9mm caliber shot gun
"Pew! Pew! Pew," scared the heaven sake out of me
as I write this poetry
Gathering my spirit back to peace
Trying to obtain what I thought I would have written
Another great nature poetry
Yet it became a natural disaster
A big mess of comedy; smelly
