Namaste! My Two Hundred Hubber-Friends. To BlossomSB by Manatita
God needs us! Well, doesn’t He? Perhaps not, as He is our Source. But you know I have my own theory. Please don’t quote me, and I would deny that you ever heard it from me, as it is my sweet little secret. God had everything He wanted. But I suspect that He had some great plans to unravel; to fulfil. He could not do this by Himself as He needed us.
And so Love (God) projected the Universe out of Delight, for the sheer fun of enjoying Himself, finding satisfaction in His Divine Game. For this He aspired for us to be His water-bearers; His branches; His limbs. God needs us. Isn’t this wonderful! How else can He manifest His past, present and yet unfolding dreams? How else can His name be glorified?
I need you! Yes, like God, I sail in the same boat. I have just reached two Hundred followers, and I am grateful. I am grateful because I know a thing or two about Gratitude, which for me is an inner quality, and the life-breath of God Himself.
You have slept with my memories, danced with my words, and exalted me to the pinnacle of beauty! I have shared your joys and your sorrows. I have wept with you and waltz into the rising sun. I became a void so that we could all Love, and I flew like a butterfly so as to drop my sweetness into Your Souls.
Yet I was never alone. All two hundred of you, my Hubber friends, sailed with me on stormy seas; drank of my fortitude and nourished my longing to be free. You gave light to my Path, became a beacon in my horizons, and encouraged me in my solitude. I felt your love in my Essence, your smile in my core and I danced in your sunbeams.
Yes, like God, I have come to realise that I need you. Through you I unveiled myriad plans; whispered to the daffodils, and selflessly shared God’s love from deep within. While doing so, you fanned me with lustre; your umbrellas covered and gave sweetness to my Soul.
So my Hubber Friends, once more I thank you. You are now two hundred, and I salute with you the gratitude of a new morn; an ever-transcending Delight. May the Divine Mother-Father-God bless you always; grant you serenity and perfect peace.
Salutations to the Sun! A Sonnet.
Namaste! My fiery furnace of Delight.
Day and night Your inner fire,
Burns the dross of my ignorance;
Squeeze my impediments to cinders,
While rubbing lavender on my aching heart.
I enter the darkness in your absence,
And glow with radiance when you’re near.
I blow like a burnt-out candle, only to rise again,
At Your sweet sunrise, or virgin call.
Salutations! Love’s burning Bliss!!
My Divine Paramour has touched the secret chambers of my Soul.
She has fed me a garment rendered with divine felicity,
Enlisting Your brilliance, as a scorching Deliverer,
To grant me peace.
