Haiku: Vibrant Beauty

From soft pink petals

A bee joins in the chorus.

Winging vibrato!

_______

White rockets blast off

Spiraling green- stemmed trails.

Childish perception!

Sunlit tulips rise

They steal the oohs and aahs.

Gray skies are long gone.

Tall meadow flowers

Move jauntily in the breeze.

Spring dance recital!

In sweet-scented drifts

Of majestic sun-warmed bliss

I have lost myself.

Carefree hours pass.

Now my calla's golden spathe

Says it's afternoon!

In our busy lives we often forget the simple beauty and essence of nature. Thanks for the reminder.

I love every bit of these delightful and elegant haiku...Each a unique and evocative statement that projects a poetic vision for these hungry eyes... This was a haiku feast that I ate with relish...

Voted up, beautiful, and awesome...Thank you, Larry

Such lovely poetry, cat. :-)

My favorite of all these gems found here:

Of majestic sun-warmed bliss

I have lost myself."

Thank you!

The "sundial photo is amazing. The lone day lily in her imperfection is beloved by the author. I respect and appreciate that very much. You have written beautiful Haiku. Thank you.
