Poem: O Beloved Wind
O’ Wind, your spirit flies in High altitude,
So lofty… so sublime… it brushes my silky hair,
And kisses my mellifluous lips,
Ah! Crisp chilly breeze, hold my hand;
Carry me from waist,
And let’s waltz on sand.
O’ Wind, you innocently approach,
And caress me in your arms;
Lullabies in ears,
My eyes pour with love and tears.
O’ Wind, please, please don’t depart,
Just cease for some Time,
For a minute… for a second…!
Ay! I’ve come from miles away;
From Himalayas and Hills,
Surmounting the insurmountable tides
In those placid Oceans,
To feel your chills,
To see your veiled Beauty,
To feel your sensual touch,
To feel how you feel,
So, hush… hush… my Beloved Wind!
Let me embrace you too, in my arms,
And breathe with you,
In you, my Beloved Wind.
