Pin Cushion

This is a poem that is in my book Hidden Light. The link to the book is available down below.

Pin Cushion

I am a pin cushion.

People stab me with their needles

Opening a hole that'll never close again,

Eternally feeling pain.

Agony, misery, sadness

Taunt me forever.

I am soft, easy to hurt

But I am brave to take the pain for others.

Always loyal, always there.

I fall apart when people use me too much,

Stuffing ripping out of my deepest corners.

Yet no one knows my hell,

Replacing me easily with a new one.

I am a pin cushion.
