Sonnet: Beyond the Mind (Manatita)

A Sonnet Dedicated to Manatita

Dost thou know esoteric poets in paradise abide?

Thither doth luminous Sun sits on sapphire.

Ho! ‘Tiz lapis-lazuli carpet of lilies allied,

With emerald-coloured leaves in attire;

Thy mystic art is more radiant than these pearls;

For it is woven by Love, Peace and Golden Light,

That even silk cotton tree marches and whirls,

Whilst dancing on the earthly Chariot of Delight;

Hark! Thy evergreen Sonnets shall not cease,

For they are coated with Golden granary and fragrant air,

Whence thorns and Roses make Peace,

And ‘morrow wraps in a shawl of Prayer.

Thy art is a pilgrimage of Spirituality and Faith,

All is true, the God Almighty saith.

My Dear, Dear, Dearest Surabhi,

Now I can use the words That I like to use:

"Lofty, sublime and matchless are these Jewels of immortal time,

No clock can beat the cadence of your rhyme.

Here depth, Love; much Light assured;

A poet in bliss, enters the portals of our Lords abode."

May the child in your Heart, that tiny flame; this longing, become brighter and brighter, finding it's place in the firmament; the heavenly realm of the Beloved One. Om Namo Shivaya! Hari Om Tat Sat!!!

Very soothing music, Surabhi, and much Light. The Divine Light or Light Divine is a favourite of mines. I have done three to four minutes of meditation with this video. More later, perhaps.

My Salutations and well spring of Gratitude to you, for this exquisite and enchanting Hub. Jai Sri Krishna!

My Dearest Manatita,

I am humbled with your gracious presence which reflects from the core of your soulful words. I am glad you found it enchanting and soothing. That’s how I feel reading your art.

The shadow is devoted to light;

In light to always foster,

And to quench itself in light.

I owe a debt of gratitude to you already. My admirations and salutations go to you. Thank you for taking your time. Love in abundance. Om Namah Shivaya!

Excellent sonnet Surabhi. Manitita deserves every bit of this beauty. You have a matching writing talent to his. I give you a lot of credit for writing this to and about him. It reveals a precious writing gift that you have. All hail to both of you!

Thanks Al,

For all you're doing. I desire to serve. She's is quite young and very ready for the Higher Light. It would be great if she can go way beyond, and far surpass me; continue to spread our Master's Light. I embrace you here with much beauty. Peace.

Hari,

Hriday se dhanyawad, bhai. (Heartiest thanks, bro).

They say – beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. I say – spirituality lies in the one who sees the presence of a bhajan much bolder.

I have seen a spiritual guru in Manatita and I thank him for reminding me about spirituality. You felt it. Much love and respect to you too!

Al,

Thank you for your kind words. Yes, no doubt, he deserves every bit of this grace, even more than this. I tried my best to express my gratitude though. Oh… I am not even near to his marvellous writings, but I accept your compliment with a smile :)

I listened to your song in which you had recited one of Manatita’s poetries. I must say you have a golden voice, my friend! Soulful voice smuggled through heavens. Love and peace.

Manatita,

You are the master. You are the Guru. How could I ever surpass you? He he he. If you’re the leader, I'm the follower. I wish to continue to learn from you. Om Shanti!

I thank you both (Manitita and Surabhi) for the continuous uplifting of souls. Also, Surabhi is such a beautiful name.

Thank you, Al. Pleasure is all mines.

My name comes from Sanskrit, which means sweet fragrance. It was named by my parents when an old Indian TV show called, 'Surabhi' used to air on Doordarshan TV channel. Haha :)

Hi Surabhi.

I must dash for meditation at my Centre. I am a servant, and instrument of His. Please pray that I do not become a Guru. We need more Disciples and less Masters.

You know my Heart ..my Concern ..my Care. Higher blessings.

Al: I thank you here profusely. hari Om! Jai Lord!

A very beautiful poem!

'Thy art is a pilgrimage of spirituality and Faith' - This line beautifully explains in a nutshell what Manatita's poems are all about!

Very pretty! I have said before, I am not one to write sonnets well, so I stay away from doing so. However, you and manatita have a bond here. Lovely!

So that I don't take up Surabhi's Hub too much, let me take this final opportunity to thank all who have visited and will visit here. Lots of Love and Hugs.
