Poems by LLS - Love Conquers Fear
Once again, evil begets evil.
But, the devil will be crushed.
By loving one another,
We lift ourselves beyond his lust.
An eye for an eye
May sound like a worthy cause.
But not being sure of the blame,
May put us in the demon's claws.
Lest the world make a mistake
And strike out with disgust.
By taking time to insure the source
May we let the just be just.
A trial is in the making
The universe awaits the decision
Should a whole nation be punished,
By which to show derision.
Listen with your hearts
Not believing all your hear
Keep that shred of doubt
So that love can conquer fear
