Push- A Poem

It's inside, strength

Hope and faith... hidden.

Surrounded in darkness

To which you want to succumb to,

Falling to hell, demons torture

You and all there is is doubt.

It's inside, happiness

Joy and love... hidden.

Skin broken open in deep cuts

To which you yearn for death

Crying and screaming for it to end

But it never stops.

It's inside, kindness

Care and peace... hidden.

Hatred pulls at your soul

To which you can't let go

Yelling, your heart turns navy blue

Trying to change the white in you.

It's inside, push.

Push through.

It's always been there

Inside of you.

Just push.

Push through.
