Quotes by Suspense Writers

What is Suspense?

Suspense is that mentally challenging period of uncertainty you feel during those times when you are reading your favorite whodunit murder mystery. It's those edge of your seat moments just before the shocking finale that you didn't see coming while watching the lastest thriller.

Not only are the people who write these Best Sellers great fiction writers, they have a very keen sense about human nature, and sometimes a little twist to their views that can put a smile on even a cynics face.

Quote lovers know that sometimes you have to sift through a lot of quotes to find one that is simple and makes sense. Hope you enjoy this collection of all the best quotes from some well known suspense writers on a variety of different subjects.

Wow! I am flabbergasted! A lot of work went into this hub and a brilliant job too. Kipling really does it for me and Stephan King was an interesting choice. Well done.

Fabulous hub and so well presented! I liked Stephen King's quote about no one liking a clown at midnight - he's right, except I don't like them at anytime! His book 'It', gave me the creeps!!

I really enjoyed this absorbing hub and so many of my favourite authors featured! Voted up!
