Remnants Of Sorrow
Tears, sadness, and a hope for love
Not giving the chance for anything above
Just a broken heart and an empty cavity
Held by earths terrestrials gravity
Walking the grounds with a crown of sorrow
Not knowing what type of remnant will come tomorrow
Will anything change, will it change at all
In prayer on my knees will we fall?
Is anything every good in any one’s eyes?
Hallow drops that fall when one cries
Is yesterday just another day that brings in today
That presents the next tomorrow’s grey
White, grey, or black clouds that linger
Possible leaving us to be a sad song singer
I suppose we can all just walk away
Leaving a body unknown with an aka
We all cry wars that sound in love and hate
Will it be in love that we call our fate?
But we all have much to do and we must carry on
In grieve we walk until we find ourselves gone
