SENDING WISHES TO OUR FRIENDS
Sending wishes to our friends,
Can often make us think,
What do we, really want to say?
Which words shall we partake?
Love, joy and cheers ring true,
A special thought just from you.
Bless the receiver of these greetings,
And remember well their meanings,
For every little thing we express,
May bring much needed happiness.
Wait not for their special day,
To make the wishes on display,
The special person on your list,
May be the one you truly miss.
Miles may keep the distance far,
But hearts don’t travel in a car.
Phone calls and letters serve,
To tell a friend what they deserve.
But everyone likes greeting cards,
Send them one with your regards.
