SUNSHINE WINDOW

Sunshine window~

How warm and bright you are to me~

Sunshine window~

I am happy for all I can see.

As I sit here in my office~

Typing away~

You let the sunshine in~

Cheering up my day.

I feel your warmth upon my arms~

The heat penetrates my bones~

You really truly make~

This house feel like a home.

Curtains gauzed with folded light~

Your brick-ka-brack jangles~

I can see new scenes from you~

At many different angles.

You light up my kitty’s window bed~

So she will keep me company. ~

Your warmness keeps her happy~

And I can hear her purring.

I love how your light reflects on objects~

I see the different colors that you help project~

Shadows light and soft~

As well your shinning light is not done yet.

Through your pains of criss-cross~

I can see the Japanese Maple Tree~

I find the dancing daises~

 Bowing in the breeze.

I can see the grass is long up top the wall~

I can see the squirrel checking out the lawn~

I see the distant mountains tops of trees~

I see the sun lit clouds above free.

Through you window~

I can feel and see endless things~

Through you window~

I can hear the birds sing.

Sunshine window~

How warm and bright you are to me~

Sunshine window~

I am happy for all I can see.
