Seasons of Haiku : About Hope and Life With Bamboo Images.

Haiku: A Gift of Visualization.

Seasons of Haiku: About Hope, Life and Bamboo Poems; by Pearldiver, an awesome collection of original haiku that inspire. Seasons of Haiku describe the beauty of nature and life, in the Poetry of the Japanese. In Haiku Poetry words are crafted to create a powerful and sensual image of the everyday things in the lives of the Japanese. Traditional Haiku emphasizes that 17 Syllables only can be used to create that image. Non Traditional Haiku has been adopted outside of Japan for its descriptive simplicity.

Today merging cultures have created many new styles of haiku and this has ensured that the ancient art of word mastery will survive for many more centuries. This work was not intended to be a reference guide to the old masters of Japan; even though the greatness of prolific haiku writers like Kobayashi Issa, merit the credit for inspiring so many during and beyond his lifetime. These haiku have been written by Pearldiver and represent his very first effort at writing in the visual pictures of creative haiku. Please Enjoy Seasons of Haiku.

Seasons of Haiku. Where would we be without the wonders of Spring, or the colors of Autumn? People tend to take the seasons of their lives for granted and as a result; miss so many little things that surround them. Haiku is usually written about those little things. I hope that you have enjoyed reading the Haiku verse of Seasons of Haiku; as much as I enjoyed the writing of them. Thank you for reading this work; if you did really enjoy it, then please feel free to follow one of the links below that will take you to other works from the author, Pearldiver.

Hi Bingskee, thank you for reading this. Please post your work; it is with difference that we gain our confidence over those who remain the same. How would you know if your work is a masterpiece; unless you measure it against.....

Hi Candie, welcome back!! Cheers for your very positive comment.. I'm sure you would do well by posting your Haiku; I would be your fan (on the condition that you write from the hat's perspective lol). Thank you for taking the time to take the time Candie.

Also.. Above.. Sorry I referred to Hokusai's work as being the Winter Wood Block Print. Hokusai's work is the Summer image above. This particular print is called: Limitations.

Mr Rob, I am thanking you for your comments in my 100th hub, I am grateful to be one of your friend, you are very intelligent, and you do care always! and yes I am a fast horsie, where can we start, LOL, Merry Xmas to you and your loved one, Maita

Hi Maita, it was my pleasure and was easy to express the truth. Yes and.. Yes..and.. Ummm, I have alot of experience with fast horses, having bought and raced a few successfully in my life. I learnt that the best generally have a really good heart score; a special point which is often overlooked by inexperienced owners; but the key thing in their ability to win. Maybe writing is the same? Good hearts are hard to find, like fast horses huh? Merry xmas Maita. Take care.
