Sex Is Like Coffee, Divorce Is Like Tea

Sex is like

a cup of coffee,

creamy, hot and sweet.

You can cup your

hands around it,

put your lips

against it, and

savor the taste.

Two can spoon together

adding lotsa sugar

or sharing what's

sweet and low.

You can

stir it till

it grows dizzy,

with your flesh colored

swizzle stick.

Fill it with a latte,

or a little less

depending on what

you're graced with .

It makes for a

great wakeup

and a nightcap,

it's great with breakfast..

lunch and supper,

and it's good to

the last drop!

I always have

two or three

it's stimulating,

and refreshing,

easy to prepare,

and can keep you

going all day.

You can do it yourself,

or share it

with someone else.

It's portable,

you can take

it anywhere,

and brew up

some passion

in the darndest places.

It has a handle

to grip,

a wide mouth,

and is steamy

and delicious.

From Chock'full of nuts,

to Sanka very much,

Sex and coffee

have much in common.

Divorce on the other hand

was never my cup of tea,

It brings Salada grief .

It comes with many labels

and strings attached

as one packs their bags

with the leavings

of what was once

fresh and tasty.

It puts a soul in hot water

till all the colors of love

bleed and seep out.

Then what is left

is wrung out

and disposed of.

Divorce and tea

Have a lot in common.

Excellent analogy; well thought-out and well stated. Good job.

I agree with Challah on the excellent analogy. I still love coffee over tea, it's more versatile and gives me more comfort for sure. When I do drink tea, it's herbal or nothing at all. My java has to be Organic and orgasmic side by side. Thanks for the great comparison's I loved it as I sit here sipping my Organic free trade African dark roasted splendor.
