Green, Red or Blue

Which should I do?

Berries aplenty

But just how many?

Powdered protein, oh joy!

Whey, Pea, Hemp, or Soy?

Add some greens, it’s not hard

Kale, Romaine, or Swiss Chard?

Pomegranate is the latest fad

Just how much should I add?

Yogurt makes it really thick

Low-fat or Greek, which to pick?

Carrots, apples, pears, and ice

Will the color turn out nice?

I’d hate to see it turn out brown

Or worse, would I break down?

Something easy, something old

Lost in time, can it be bold?

Frozen and cold like fallen snow

Is that a way I’d like to go?

Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry

How would it taste with a cherry?

Blend up everything in sight

Smoothies lovers - make sure you buy a good blender, such as a Bullet. The cost will be worth it over time. Here are some very simple ideas to get you started - how far you take it is up to you.

Simple Banana Smoothie - 2 bananas peeled, 1 standard container vanilla yogurt, 2 teaspoons honey, a few drops of vanilla extract, half tray of ice.

Simple Strawberry-Banana Smoothie - 1 banana peeled, 6-8 Strawberries, 1 standard container vanilla yogurt, 2 teaspoons honey, half tray of ice.

Simple Blended Berry Smoothie - 6-8 Strawberries, 1/2 cup Blueberries, 1/2 cup Raspberries, 1 container yogurt (berry flavored or vanilla,) half tray of ice

Creamsicle Smoothie - 1 peeled banana, 1 container vanilla yogurt, 1 orange peeled and seeded, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, Orange Juice & ice to fill
