Soul Tied

Their bond was like no other

Love some say in twisted form

Diseased and bothered

Disfigured and relentless

None compared to norm

Passion transfixed

Between the chaotic cloud

Abused and beaten

Beneath the evil shroud

The crowd would cheer

Loving the madness

Intoxicating fury

Driven by lust

Pride and glory

Believing they are royalty

King and queen

In their blinded minds

Deceiving themselves

To the unknown truth

Sitting upon their pedestal

Making themselves a spectacle

Wondering if it will ever end

Bound together by chains

Ropes hurdled from one another

Broken in between the ends

Put on display

For all to see

Like actors in a show

Beautifully exotically expressed, the passion that exists between a man and womans souls tied together as one. Bravo my poet. Voted up and shared.

Very beautiful, the picture is perfect, souls tied. How very cruel in times past when people were put on display to entertain the rulers. Bravo..
