Success From Home Magazine Review
When I came across Success From Home magazine it was while I was browsing through the magazine rack at the book store. I was familiar with Success magazine (which is great by the way) but wondered how Success From Home was different. If you're not familiar with it, this magazine focuses on the direct selling industry or more commonly known as network marketing.
Each month, the magazine focuses on one particular direct selling company. They do an excellent job of highlighting the company's owners and products. They also focus on the distributors who have attained great success. Those articles are some of my favorite because they share how they got started and what they did to reach their goals.
The also include a DVD presentation of the highlighted company in each issue. As far as I know, there is currently no way to subscribe to the magazine. As of now, I pick up new issues every month at the bookstore. I also highly recommend reading Success magazine as it provides so many inspiring and motivational articles and interviews. They also include a CD in each issue that is usually filled with success tips.
Why Direct Sellers will Like this Magazine
Many direct sellers (network marketers) will most likely enjoy this magazine because you get to learn about the other network marketing companies out there. As for myself, I like learning which other industries are represented in direct selling. I also like to read about other successful independent distributors because they provide motivation for myself in my own network marketing business.
It is also a great magazine to pass along to your prospects. They get a better understanding of how direct selling works as well as reading about real people from all walks of life who have found success in network marketing. Many of those highlighted in the magazine have time-freedom to spend how they wish. Your prospects may have the same desires and reading this magazine can make them more of a reality.
You also get the opportunity to learn how other people have built their businesses from zero to six-figures a year. You may not get the full details but you get a pretty good idea of what they've done thus far.
Who this Magazine isn't For
If you don't enjoy reading about other network marketing companies, then this magazine isn't for you. Some people could care less about other companies and since each issue focuses on a different company, it may be boring for some readers. Also, if you are seeking more information on how to grow your own business, you won't find much information. Think of the magazine as more of an advertisement for a particular company. However, there are good articles that focus on business, marketing, etc. For example, many of the issues I have picked up often contain articles from folks like Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad Poor Dad.)
If you are looking for a home based business opportunity, I suggest reading a few back issues or some new issues to learn about various network marketing companies. You will be surprised at how many industries are represented in direct selling. If you are already a network marketer, you may end up enjoying the magazine to learn how other companies do what they do.
Even though I am an Independent Team Beachbody Coach, I still feel the magazine is a good read and I pick up a lot of good ideas from it.
