In a world that creates bodies that are hollow
Souls that are cast into a life of disdain and sorrow
The tamashii burns out like candles breathing for the last time
As the sorrow eats up the soul up to its rotten core
And the body with no tamashii is destined to sore
In a world that is forged out from brutality
A soulless body that knows no humanity
Becomes the battlefield of raging desires
And the soul is eaten up massacred by the raging fires
Tamashii- soul eater~~
People would rather eat your flesh in life and in death
And their poisonous tongues would nibble on your soul even in stealth
And the soul weakens by the desires and the temptations of the universe
And the remains of a soul break into the universe and disperse
Burning, the disdain eats up the soul
And drives through the center of your balance a hole
Through your skin and into your soulless body
Yet by then it would be too late to call for somebody
To heal that empty body of yours
For you simply lost your way in this course
In this world we have been eaten up by greed
And on other’s existence we have learned to feed
Regardless to the consequences we have roamed the earth
Spreading the message of hatred darkness and despair
Until the world we have come to know smells nothing but death
And we have created a world similar to a lion’s lair
Where we fight with our claws and fangs to exist
An eye for an eye, flesh for flesh, a fist for a fist
Empty, we have been born into a world that knows no mercy
And for the blood of others we have grown wanting and thirsty
Questions in life~~
Watch them, your own flesh, gathering yet burning, alas
Unchangeable, through this life they pass
Like monochromatic light through a glass
What can I say to make you awaken the good within you?
What do I have to do to make you see the light, the hue?
What do I have to do to make you feel?
That to this body there is more than what you can peel
And it is this kind of beauty that flatters
Appearances are deceiving yet it is your heart that matters
What do we have to say to awaken your conscience within you?
What do I have to say to end things before the world is due?
How do you expect to fix it all before time is up?
Yet the question is how will you put this useless quest to a stop?
what remains Past the Tamashii~~
So past the burning soulless body, the tamashii what does remain?
Nothing but an empty vessel sinking into the world’s disdain
And after the darkness settles, and the heart quivers what do we say
[We are nothing but empty jars created by heat that molds clay]
And as the sign we look for dies on the floor
Who will comfort you as you soar?
When will you understand the significance of a tamashii, a soul?
And a body untrained is simply unbalanced, empty and un-whole?
