The Broken Pieces

Since the very beginning of this life, in time, Brokenness has been a reality, A broken spirit disconnected from God, Filled each moment with a void too great to endure, and the separation was too much to bear;

Yet, God changes all brokenness and the tattered pieces of our beings into masterpieces, The broken find the way to God and are born again from above, Baptized and immersed in His perfect precious love, Love poured out like living waters and soaking enriching rain;

Life is fragile and it breaks likened to shattered glass, Broken promises dismissed just as another unfulfilled day, Why don't we give God all of the broken pieces? And hold back none of the broken pieces! Yield to Him what we are and all that we are not and what we want to be;

Broken homes in disarray where there is pain scattered everywhere in pieces, Why not surrender? Give God all those broken pieces, and don't play hide and seek, His masterful hands will gather every single one, In order to reshape and mold us into what He designed us to be;

You will find new expression and suddenly your sole purpose is revealed, You know that you know that you now belong to the Master and His plan, Only God knows where all the pieces are, Just as humpty dumpty we also fell, Oh how great was the fall, but, How great is our God!

All the King's men and women continuously working endlessly to put us back together again, and reconnect and reconcile us to God, Some of them plant, and some of them water, All of them know, that only God gives the increase;

Only the King Himself can put us together again, All of those chipped off and broken pieces become lessons of how pain has been combated, and how all the pieces have been syncopated and synchronized into harmony and make us fit for the Kingdom Of God and Heaven;

Even our memories at times grow dim to remember where all the pieces fell, Jesus knows where every broken piece is and His finished works declare and proclaim us to be a masterpiece, Why? Because we belong to the Master! and that is what makes us His masterpiece by way of all the broken pieces.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for loving us so completely, Your Word declares that You will perfect the things which concerns us as we allow You to take all the broken pieces of each one our lives and make us whole through the finished works of the Lord Jesus Christ. Continue to purge, prune, cleanse and sanctify us wholly unto the soon return of our conquering King Jesus Christ.
